İktisadi Araştırmalar Dergisi (Journal of Economic Research), published by the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Kütahya Dumlupınar University, is a peer-reviewed journal that has adopted the "Continuous Publishing Model" as of 2026. Thanks to this model, articles that successfully complete the editorial and peer-review processes will be published more quickly, without waiting for a specific issue publication date. This will enhance the visibility and impact of research outputs.

Manuscripts submitted to İktisadi Araştırmalar Dergisi (Journal of Economic Research) first undergo a preliminary evaluation by the Editorial Board. The similarity rate of the articles (excluding the bibliography) must not exceed 20%. A double-blind peer-review system is employed for the evaluation process, involving at least two reviewers. In cases where one reviewer provides a negative opinion and the other a positive one, a decision may be made to appoint a third reviewer or to return the manuscript to the author. At least two positive reviewer opinions are required for an article to be published.
