Abstract

Uterine anomalies possess clinical signifcance since they may result in many obstetric complications. Based on a rare uterine didelphys case with pregnancy in one cavity and IUD in the other, we hereby discuss the diagnosis of reproductive tract anomalies, conception methods and consequences of pregnancy in these patients

Abstract

Uterin anomaliler, gebelerde birçok obstetrik komplikasyona neden olduğu için klinik önem arz eder.Literatürde nadir olarak karşılaşılan bir kavitede gebelik diğer kavitede RIA bulunan uterin didelfis olgusu baz alınarak, reprodüktif trakt anomalilerinin tespiti, bu hastalarda kontrasepsiyon yöntemleri ve gebelik sonuçları tartışıldı
