Abstract

Transizyonel hücreli karsinomun prostatta izlenmesi genellikle mesaneden yayılım yolu ile olmaktadır. Prostat kaynaklı primer transizyonel hücreli karsinom oldukça nadir ve kötü bir prognozu olan bir hastalıktır. Biz, bu yazımızda oldukça dramatik seyreden prostat kaynaklı bir primer transizyonel hücreli karsinom vakası sunmaktayız
