Hematometrocolpos caused by obstruction of the vagina is primarily due to imperfore hymen. When seen in infants, it is called as hydrocolpos. The patient apply to health center with cyclic pelvic pain, pelvic mass, delayed menarche. Ultrasonography is the best essential imaging method for diagnose

Abstract

Vajinal obstürüksiyona bağlı hematometrokolpos başlıca imperfore himene sekonder görülür. İnfant döneminde görülene hidrokolpos denilmektedir. Hastalar genellikle tekrarlayan pelvik ağrı, menstürüasyonda gecikme ve özellikle de pelvik kitle nedeniyle sağlık merkezlerine başvururlar. Ultrasonografi en önemli diagnostik tanı yöntemidir
