Pregnancy in Uterus Didelfis: A Case Report

Abstract

Uterine abnormalities are rarely seen in pregnant women and may lead to a lot of obstetrics complications. The incidence of Mullerian Duct abnormalities are reported as 0.1-3.8%, however the incidence of uterine didelphis(UD) are estimated 5% between this abnormalities and it is a well-known cause of infertility. In this case report clinical and radiological characteristics of UD and pregnancy co-incidence were evaluated together with literature knowledge

Uterus Didelfis Olgusunda Gebelik: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Uterin anomaliler, gebelerde nadir görülmesi ve birçok obstetrik komplikasyona neden olması nedeni ile önem arz eder. Müllerian anomalilerin insidansı değişik oranlarda (%0.1-3.8) bildirilmekle birlikte,bu anomaliler arasında uterus didelfis (UD) sıklığı %5 olarak tahmin edilmektedir ve infertilite nedenleri arasındadır. Bu olgu sunumunda nadir bir durum olan UD ve gebelik birlikteliğinin klinik ve radyolojik önemi literatür bulgularıyla birlikte değerlendirildi
