Abstract

Hydatidiform mole with a coexisting diploid live fetus is a rare phenomenon which is difficultto manage. In this case report, management of a twin pregnancy consisting of a completehydatidiform mole and co-existent normal live fetus is aimed to be discussed in order to helpthe obstetricians

Abstract

Komplet mol gebelikle beraber canlı fetus varlığı nadir de olsa rastlanabilen ve yönetimi zorolan bir durumdur. Bu vaka sunumunda komplet hidatiform mol gebelikle beraber normal canlıfetusun bulunduğu bir ikiz gebeliğin tanı, tedavi ve takibinin tartışılması ile obstetrisyenlereışık tutulması amaçlanmaktadır
