Abstract

A 29-year-old man with right temporoparietal acute subdural hematoma (ASDH) after traumain whom cranial computed tomographic scan demonstrated spontaneous resolution of thehematoma with clinical improvement in 3 hours is presented. Our case is one of the ASDH casesthat become early (in 3 hours 15 minutes) spontaneous resolution in the literature

Abstract

Sağ temporoparietal travmatik akut subdural hematom (ASDH) nedeni ile başvuran ve 3 saatiçinde klinik tabloda düzelme ile birlikte bilgisayarlı beyin tomografi tetkikinde hematomutamamen rezolüsyona uğrayan 29 yaşında erkek hasta olgusu sunuldu. Olgumuz literatürdekierken (3 saat 15 dakika) spontan rezolüsyona uğrayan ASDH olgusularından birisidir
