Simultaneous and Spontaneous Pneumothorax and Pneumomediastinum

Abstract

Spontaneous pneumomediastinum and pneumothorax are rare clinical conditions, which usuallyare seen in young men. They are often admitted to hospital with shortness of breath and chestpain. Posteroanterior chest radiograph and computed tomography are sufficient for diagnosis.In this case report, we present a case of simultaneous pneumothorax and pneumomediastinumin a patient with advanced age

Eş Zamanlı Spontan Pnömotoraks ve Pnömomediastinum

Abstract

Spontan pnömomediastinum ve pnömotoraks genellikle genç erkeklerde ve nadir görülen birklinik durumdur. Sıklıkla nefes darlığı ve göğüs ağrısı şikayeti ile hastaneye başvururlar. Tanıiçin posteroanterior akciğer grafisi ve bilgisayarlı toraks tomografisi yeterlidir. Bu makaledeileri yaşta bir hastada eş zamanlı görülen pnömotoraks ve pnömomediasten olgusu sunulmuştur
