Henoch-Schönlein purpura, the most common leukocytoclastic vasculitis of childhood, presents with a wide variety of signs and symptoms. Among genitourinary manifestations, testicular and scrotal involvement may be seen but penile involvment is very rare. Here we present a four-year-old boy who had Henoch-Schonlein purpura with penile involvment beside testicular involvement, and who had spontenous resolution on second day without treatment
Henoch-Schonlein vaskuliti çok farkli belirti ve bulgularla seyreden çocukluk çaginin en sik görülen vaskulitidir. Genitoüriner sistem tutulumu nadir görülür ve daha çok testiküler tutulum seklindedir. Penis tutulumu ise oldukça nadir görülmektedir.
