Purpose: The aim of the present study is to estimate the frequency of precipitating and aggravating factors of migraine with and without aura in neurology outpatient clinic. Methods: We evaluated 20 0 patients with migraine (37 with aura and 163 without aura). The questionnaire inquired about the following precipitating and aggravating headache factors: stress, straining, menstruation, reading, driving, lack of sleep, oversleeping, not eating on time, sleeping low pad, expedition, fatigue, specific foods/drinks, alcohol, cigarette, drugs, head trauma, smell, light, noise, physical activity, sexual activity, cough, bending over, neck movement, weather. Amaç: Bu çalismada nöroloji polikliniginde migren tanisi alan hastalarda basagrisini tetikleyen ve kötülestiren faktörlerin sikliginin arastirilmasi amaçlandi. Yöntem: Iki yüz migren hastasi (37 aurali ve 163 aurasiz migren hastasi) degerlendirildi ve hastalarin tümü yari yapilandirilmis bir form ile basagrisini tetikleyen ve kötülestiren faktörler yönünden sorgulandi. Aurali ve aurasiz migren olgulari arasindaki farkliliklar istatistiksel olarak arastirildi.
