Veri Madenciliği Temelli Yeni Bir İstatistiksel Yaklaşım Kullanılarak Okta Tahmini: Sakarya Örneği

Year 2020, Volume: 9 Issue: 1, 1 - 8, 10.06.2020

Abstract

Gökyüzündeki bulut miktarının gökyüzüne oranı olarak tanımlanan okta değerlerinin bilinmesi tarımsal üretimde, güneş enerjisinden yararlanma ve benzer konularda son derece önemlidir. Oktanın belirlenmesi zahmetli, vakit alıcı, maliyetli ve ölçmelerdeki hatalardan dolayı direkt ölçme yerine diğer yaklaşımlar kullanılarak tahmin edilebilir. Bu bağlamda buharlaşma (Ea), yağış yüksekliği (P), rölatif nem (RN), güneşlenme süreleri (Sgs), rüzgâr hızları (Rh), ortalama sıcaklık (Tort), minimum sıcaklık (Tmin) ve maksimum sıcaklık (Tmak) gibi aylık iklim verileri Sakarya meteoroloji istasyonundan elde edilmiştir. Güneşlenme süreleri göz önüne alınarak gökyüzünün bulut durumu yeni bir istatistik yaklaşımla incelenmiş, bir model geliştirilmiş ve okta tahmin edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Modelden elde edilen tahminler gözlem değerleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Aralarındaki ilişki, determinasyon katsayısı (R2) ile araştırılmış ve istatistiksel modelin okta tahmininde iyi sonuçlar verdiği belirlenmiştir.
