Abstract

The global economic crisis leads the fırst among the events that stigmatizes the first years of the 21’st Century, which started to become a current issue of the world public opinion’s agenda with the term “The Global Economic Turbulence” since 2003 - 2004 years and a consensus is observed to be attained by almost ali of the relevant spheres on the matter manifests that “It is the most severe economical collapse experienced ever since the period after Great Depression of 1929” with the signs of deepening in the last several years. As it is experienced in every period of economic crisis, detailed analysis to reveal the reasons of crisis will also be exposed at the present day and it is obvious that the system, theory and ideologies that shape the social life and tissue will atone in the process and be affected from the inferences which will be proposed for the agenda vvithin the cause and effect relations. Within this context; dealing with the “principal faulties that are known as accurate” carried to the agenda about liberalism, which has come under the arrows of criticism again synchronously with the crisis experienced nowadays, constitutes the main goal of this study.

Abstract

21. asrın ilk yıllarına damgasını vuran olayların başında; 2003- 2004 yıllarından itibaren “Global Ekonomik Türbülans” terimi ile dünya kamuoyunun gündemine girmeye başlayan ve son birkaç yıldır da yaşanan derinleşme emareleri ile birlikte hemen hemen ilgili tüm çevrelerde “1929 Büyük Buhranı’nın ardından geçen süreçte yaşanan en şiddetli İktisadî bunalım” olduğu yönünde konsensüs sağlandığı gözlemlenen global ekonomik kriz gelmektedir. Yaşanan her ekonomik kriz döneminde olduğu gibi günümüzde de krizin nedenlerinin ortaya konulmasına yönelik detaylı analizler yapılacağı ve gündeme gelecek çıkarsamalar ile süreçten, sebep-sonuç ilişkileri çerçevesinde sosyal yaşamı ve dokuyu şekillendiren sistem, teori ve ideolojilerin de nasiplerini alacakları aşikârdır. Bu bağlamda; günümüz itibarıyla yaşanan kriz ile eş zamanlı olarak yeniden eleştiri oklarının hedefi haline gelen liberalizmle ilgili yeniden gündeme taşınan belli başlı “doğru bilinen yanlışların” ele alınması, bu çalışmanın temel amacım teşkil etmektedir.
