On the Rule of Law

Abstract

This study basically aims to examine different dimensions of the rule of law, which is one of the fundamental concepts of contemporary public law. First two chapters of the study is devoted to some explainations in the context of the meaning, content and exigence of the rule of law. The third chapter will focus on the historical development of the rule of law. In the following chapter, the rule of law will be examined from the perspective of Turkish law and some consideration is carried out in the light of current affairs. Finally, the results attained in this study will be summarized

Hukuk Devleti Üzerine

Abstract

Çalışmamızın temel amacı, günümüzde kamu hukukunun en önemli kavramlarından biri olan hukuk devletini farklı boyutlarıyla incelemektir. Beş bölümden oluşan çalışmamızın ilk iki kısmında, hukuk devletinin anlam, içerik ve gerekleri bağlamında birtakım açıklamalara yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, hukuk devletinin tarihsel gelişimi konusu ele alınmıştır. Bunların akabinde, hukuk devleti ilkesi Türk hukuku açısından incelenmiş ve güncel gelişmeler ışığında bazı değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir. Son kısımda, çalışmamız sonucunda erişilen neticeler özetlenmiştir
