Author Guidelines
Duzce University Faculty of Theology (DUIFAD), which started its publishing life in 2017, is published electronically by Duzce University Faculty of Theology as 2 issues per year.
DUIFAD aims to contribute to the accumulation of knowledge in the field of theology and social sciences by publishing studies with scientific qualifications at the national and international level through a double-sided blind review by at least two referees.
The journal publishes scientific studies such as writing article, translation, simplification, critical editions, book reviews in the field of theology (religious and Islamic studies) in Turkish, Arabic and English.
- Article capacity is limited to 30 pages / 9000 words.
- Articles submitted for publication are passed through the stages of “Pre-Chech”, “Plagiarism Scanning”, “Peer Review” and “Language Check”.
- The work, which is examined three times during the Pre-Check stage, but fails to pass through this process, is returned to the author and is not processed again in the same publication period.
- Studies that pass the Pre-Check stage are included in the evaluation process in which at least two referees take part within the framework of the double-blind arbitration principle.
- It is requested that the articles whose referee process has been completed and passed through the referee should include “Abstract” of 150-200 words.

The writing of the concepts, Arabic origin author names, book titles, religion and sects names is based on the spelling rules of the Encyclopedia of Islamic Religious Foundation of Turkey.
