PROBLEMS ANALYSIS IN A COMPANY IN FAILED IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning is a difficult process for the companies not only in Turkey but all over the world. Businesses need to access a certain enterprise maturity in order to succeed. Companies need Access to a specific organizational maturity for the success. A problem of a department in the company directly affect so there department sand the common database. ERP software is a whole database, business success or failure directly affects the success stories of other departments. In this study, identified problems in an enterprise have been classified according to the priority related sections, after then these problems reclassified related other departments according ERP system. All the problems scored according to equal importance and the issues was analyzed and reported with Expert Choice V.11and interpreted in there sults section
