Kadın Sporcu Üçlemesinde Son Durum Nedir? Sistematik Bir Derleme Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışma kadın sağlığında önemli bir yeri olan kadın sporcu üçlemesi ile ilgili yapılan araştırmaları derleyip sunan sistematik bir derleme çalışmasıdır. Literatür taraması 2017-Haziran/2022 -Haziran ayını kapsamaktadır. Araştırma ‘PubMed, Web of Science ve Google Scholar’ veri tabanlarında yapılmıştır. Taramada İngilizce ve Türkçe olarak ‘Kadın Sporcu Üçlemesi, Yeme Bozuklukları, Menstrual Bozukluklar, Kemik Mineral Yoğunluğu’ kelimeleri anahtar sözcük olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda toplamda 22 adet çalışmanın incelemeye alınmasına karar verilmiştir. Bu çalışmalar incelenerek içerik analizi yapılarak 2 farklı kategori altında (Sporcu:13, Diğer:9) toplanmıştır. Bulgulara göre düşük vücut ağırlığı gereken spor dallarında hem lise hem de yetişkin elit ve rekreatif kadın sporcular risk altında olduğu saptanmıştır Sporcularda menstrual bozukluklar ve stres kırığı yaygın görülme birlikte; hormonal kontraseptif kullanımının da yaygın olduğu görülmüştür. Kadın sporcu üçlemesi bileşenlerinden bazılarının erkek sporcularda da görülebilmesine karşın alanyazında erkekler için ankete rastlanmamıştır. Sonuç olarak kadın sporcu üçlemesi ile ilgili deneysel ve ileriye dönük çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır. Antrenör, sporcu ve velilerin kadın sporcu üçlemesi ile ilgili eğitim alması sağlanarak herhangi bir kadın sporcu üçlemesi bileşeninin olumsuz sonuçları sporcularda ortaya çıkmadan önce bu durumun önüne geçilebilir.
