Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, reel döviz kurunun Türkiye‘nin Avrupa Birliği‘ne yaptığı
sektörel ihracatına etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla, Avrupa Birliği 27 üye
ülkesine en fazla ihracat yapılan ilk 20 sektörün ihracat verileri, üye ülkelerin
GSYİH verileri, Euro/ABD Doları paritesi ve reel döviz kur endeksi verileri
kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, 2002:Q1 – 2016:Q4 dönemini kapsayan üçer aylık
veriler ve 2008 yılı krizi için oluşturulan gölge değişken verisi FMOLS yöntemi ile
tahmin edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, Türkiye’nin sektörel ihracatında
birlik üye ülkelerinin gelirlerinin en önemli faktör olduğu ve döviz kurundaki
değişmelere karşı sektör/ülke duyarlılığının farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca,
reel döviz kurunun sektörel ihracatı açıklama gücünün Euro/ABD Doları
paritesinin açıklama gücüne göre daha iyi olduğu da gözlemlenmiştir

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of real exchange rate on the
sectoral exports of Turkey to the European Union. For this purpose, the export
data of the first 20 sectors with the highest exports to the 27 member states of the
European Union, the GDPs of the member countries, the Euro/US Dollar parity
and real exchange rate index data are used. In accordance with this purpose,
2002:Q1 – 2016:Q4 period quarterly data and the dummy variable data created
for the 2008 crisis were estimated by the FMOLS method. As a result of the
analysis, the income of the member countries of the European Union is the most
important factor in the sectoral exports of Turkey and the sensitivity of the
sector/country to the exchange rate changes has been determined. In addition, the
power of description to the sectoral exports are better than the power of
description to the real exchange rate of Euro/US Dollar parity
