Domestic violence still constitutes a major social problem in our country as it does all over the world. An aspect of this type of violence which arrives as a result of numerous factors and which creates grave results for individuals is its dimension of execution law and criminal procedure. Domestic crimes are the least reflected crimes at organs of criminal procedure; since act of violence is applied by people who are “relatives” and the ratio of showing tolerance to the act of violence increases by the effect of this fact. Another important problem is the approach of investigation organs and other specialists such as nurses and doctors to this issue. The unfavorable approaches of such organs and people create domestic violence events and harden the struggle with domestic violence events. The objective of this study is to consider problems of criminal code and execution law related to domestic violence and put forth solution suggestions related to this subject.
