Abstract

Yılkı Atı romanındaki bütün sıfatlar “sıfatın geçtiği sayfa ve satır numaralarına göre” tespit edilerek niteleme sıfatı ve belirten “sıfat" oluşuna göre tasnif edilmiş, “sıklık dağılım tablosu” oluşturularak istatistikî değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Romandaki niteleme sıfatları anlam, yapı ve işlevleri yönünden ele alınarak nitelik anlamlı ve niteleme görevli oluşlarına göre incelenmiştir. Bu değerlendirme sonucunda nitelik anlamlı sıfatlarda varlığın kendisinde mevcut olma anlamının, niteleme görevli sıfatlarda yakıştırma yoluyla oluşturulma işlevinin belirleyici olduğu görülmüştür

The Qualitative Adjectives of The Horse Names In The Novel: “Yılkı Atı” (Quality Meaning and Descriptive Functioned Adjectives)

Abstract

All adjectives in the novel named “Yılkı Atı” were classified as quality or descriptive adjectives according to the page and line numbers in the novel and were statistically evaluated by developing “frequency tables”. The quality adjectives in the novel were evaluated with respect to semantics, structures, and functions and classified as quality meaning and quality function. As a result of this evaluation, it was observed that on the one hand, the presence of the meaning of objects was within itself in quality meaning adjectives. On the other hand, in descriptive function adjectives, the objects were determined by the way of parabling it
