Abstract

Dede Korkut Kitabı üzerine yapılan çalışmaların, Türk halk bilimi araştırmalarında
önemli bir yeri vardır. Türk edebiyatının en değerli hazinelerinden biri olan Dede
Korkut Kitabı, sadece oluştuğu veya yazıya geçirildiği dönemin değil, aynı
zamanda günümüz sosyal, kültürel ve eğitim alanındaki sorunların çözümünde de
faydalanılabilecek eserlerden biridir. Bu makalede, Türk halk bilgisi ürünlerinin
Dede Korkut Kitabı özelinde eğitimde ve genç kuşaklara problem çözme becerisi
kazandırılmasında kullanılması ele alınmış ve Dede Korkut Kitabı’nda kahramanların
problem çözme yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Tespit edilen problem çözme
yöntemlerinden hareketle Oğuz toplumunun dünya görüşüne dair değerlendirmelerde
bulunulmuştur

Problem Solving Method of the Heroes in the Book of Dede Korkut and Using the Book of Dede Korkut in Education

Abstract

Studies on the Book of Dede Korkut have an important place in Turkish Folklore
researches. Book of Dede Korkut is considered as one of the most valuable
heritages of Turkish Literature and is accepted as one of the studies which could
be utilized in solving not only periodical but also contemporary problems in
social, cultural and educational fields. In this paper, utilization of Turkish Folklore
products, specifically the Book of Dede Korkut, in gaining problem-solving ability
to the younger generation is analyzed and heroes’ methods of problem-solving is
examined in the book of Dede Korkut. Moving from the described methods of
problem-solving, consideration about world-view of Oghuz society is made
