Lactococcus garvieae Suşlarının Antimikrobiyal Duyarlılıklarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 9 farklı Lactococcus garveiae suşlanmn Mueller-Hinton agarda disk diffüzyon tekniği ile ATB VET (Biomerieux 14 289) strip sistemi kullanılarak antimikrobiyal duyarlılıklarının yanısıra E testi (AB BIODISK) ile de Eritromycin antibiyotiğinin MIK(Minimal inhibitör konsantrasyonu) değerleri incelenmiştir. L.garvieae suşlarının; disk diffüzyon testi ve ATB VET sistemine göre Amoxicillin+clavulanic acid, Ampicillin, Enrofloxacin, Vancomycin, Tetracycline, Doxycycline, Chloramphenicol, Erytromycine, Nitrofurantoin, Cephalotin, Amoxicillin, Cefoperazon, Spectinomycin, Pristinamycin, Cotrimoxazol, antibiyotiklerine duyarlı oldukları, Kanamycin, Cefuroxime, Lincomycin, Penicillin, Ofloxacin, Norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin Ceftriaxone, Clindamycine, Vancomycin, Oxacillin, Streptomycin, Trimethoprim+ Sulfamethoxazole, Gentamicin, Apramycin, Tylosin, Colistin, Sulfamethizol, Flumequin, Oxolinic asit antibiyotiklerine dirençli oldukları tespit edilmiştir. L. garvieae suşlarında eritromisin antibiyotiğinin MIK değerleri 0,032-0,125 gg/mL olarak tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu değerlere göre; suşların eritromisine duyarlı olduğu görülmüştür.

The Determination of Antimicrobial Susceptibilities of Lactococcus garvieae Strains

Abstract

This study was to investigated antimicrobial susceptibilities by disc diffusion method on MuellerHinton agar and ATB VET (14 289 Biomerieux) strip system and also the value the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Eritromycine antibiotic by Etest (ABBIODISK) in 9 strains of Lactococcus garvieae. L.garvieae strains were determined as sensitive to Amoxicillin+clavulanic acid, Ampicillin, Enrofloxacin, Vancomycin, Tetracycline, Doxycycline, Chloramphenicol, Erytromycine, Nitrofurantoin, Cephalotin, Amoxicillin, Cefoperazon, Spectinomycin, Pristinamycin, Cotrimoxazol, and resistant to Kanamycin, Cefuroxime, Lincomyc n, Penicillin, Ofloxacin, Norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin Ceftriaxone, Clindamycine, Vancomycin, Oxacillin Streptomycin, Trimethoprim+ Sulfamethoxazole, Gentamicin, Apramycin, Tylosin, Colistin, Sulfamethizol, Flumequin, Oxolinic acid by disc diffusion method and ATB VET (14 289 Biomerieux) strip system. MIC values of Eritromycin antibiotic were obtained as 0.032-0.125 µg/mL in L. Garvieae strains. The values showed to sensitive of eritromycine antibiotic for all strains
