In the study, the effects on fish growth of using extruded feed at different ratio on the rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) whose average weight is changing between 273 g and 277 g have been investigated. During the experiment, while food were given to the fish at the first group in the 1% of ratio of their live weight, the second group at the level of 1.5% food were given to the fish, at the third group until satiation. At the end of the experiment, the live weights of groups have been established as 369.25±5.72 g, 401.94±7.16 g and 476.10±8.37 g, respectively. At the end of the experiment differences among all groups have been found significantly (P<0.05). At the end of the study, growth rates of the groups as weight have been established 34.42%, 47.18% and 71.88%, the daily absolute live weight increase 2.15 g, 2.93 g and 4.53 g, spesific growth rate 0.67 g, 0.87 g and 1.23 g, respectively. Feed conversion rates have been found as 1.51, 1.62 and 2.01, condition factor values as 1.44±0.02, 1.35±0.01 and 1.43±0.01, respectively. The best feed conversion rate was found that first group (1%). The best live weight increase and growth were found that third group (until satiation). Reason of this, feeding rates and increasing food consumption amount. At the end of the economic analysis, food cost is low at the first group and is high at the third group. Denemede, ortalama ağırlıkları 273-277 g arasında değişen gökkuşağı alabalıklarında (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) farklı oranlarda ekstrüde yem kullanımının balıkların gelişmesi üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Deneme süresince I. gruptaki balıklara canlı ağırlıklarının %1’i oranında yem verilirken, II. gruptakilere %1,5’i düzeyinde, III. gruptaki balıklara ise doyuncaya kadar yem verilmiştir.
