Abstract

Antiphospholipid antibodies may be detected in sarcoidosis generally without clinical consequences. The association between sarcoidosis and antiphospholipid syndrome was rarely reported. Herein a case with sarcoidosis and antiphospholipid syndrome presenting as massive pulmonary embolism is presented. Key Words: Sarcoidosis, thrombosis, antiphospholipid syndrome
