Abstract
We report a unique and rare case with definite human immunodeficiency virus infection whose initial presentation was stroke and associated finding of asymptomatic Dandy-Walker malformation in an adult. Key words: HIV, cerebral infarction, stroke, Dandy-Walker malformation
