Dijital Liderliğin Teknolojik İnovasyon Üzerindeki Etkisi: Sistematik Bir Literatür Taraması

Abstract

Dijital dünyanın hızlı ve kesintisiz evrimi, liderlerin ortaya çıkan teknolojileri hızla benimseyip bunları örgütsel yapıya entegre etmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu bağlam, dijital dönüşüme yön verme, stratejik değişimi yönetme ve dijital girişimlerin etkin şekilde uygulanmasını sağlama yetkinliğini içeren bir kavram olarak dijital liderliğin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Artan dijitalleşmeyle birlikte rekabet gücünü koruyabilmek için, örgütlerin net stratejik yol haritalarıyla desteklenen yapılandırılmış liderlik yaklaşımlarına ihtiyaç duyduğu açıktır. Ancak mevcut akademik literatür, dijital liderliğin örgütsel bağlamda teknolojik yenilik üzerindeki etkisini açıklama konusunda hâlâ çeşitli boşluklar barındırmaktadır. Bu çalışma, söz konusu boşluğu sistematik bir literatür taraması yoluyla dijital liderlik ile teknolojik inovasyon arasındaki ilişkinin temel boyutlarını belirleyerek gidermeyi amaçlamaktadır. Analiz sonucunda dijital liderliğin teknolojik yenilik üzerindeki etkisinin yedi temel boyut üzerinden gerçekleştiği ortaya konmuştur: stratejik vizyon ve yenilik kültürü geliştirme; veriye dayalı karar alma; dijital beceriler ve çalışanların gelişimi; esneklik ve hızlı uyum sağlama; müşteri odaklılık ve kişiselleştirme; sürdürülebilirlik ve çevresel etki; iş birliği ve iletişimin güçlendirilmesi. Bu boyutlar temelinde oluşturulan yapılandırılmış çerçeve aracılığıyla çalışma, mevcut bilgi birikimine katkı sunmayı ve alandaki gelecek araştırmalara kuramsal bir zemin sağlamayı hedeflemektedir.

The Impact of Digital Leadership on Technological Innovation: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

The rapid and continuous evolution of the digital world necessitates that leaders swiftly adopt and integrate emerging technologies into their organizations. This context has led to the rise of digital leadership, a concept that encompasses the ability to guide digital transformation, manage strategic change, and ensure effective implementation of digital initiatives. To maintain competitiveness in an increasingly digital environment, organizations require structured leadership approaches supported by clear strategic roadmaps. However, the academic literature still presents gaps in understanding how digital leadership influences technological innovation within organizational contexts. This study aims to address that gap by identifying key dimensions of this relationship through a systematic literature review. The analysis reveals seven main dimensions through which digital leadership impacts technological innovation: developing a strategic vision and innovation culture; data-driven decision making; digital skills and employee development; flexibility and rapid adaptation; customer orientation and personalization; sustainability and environmental impact; and enhancing collaboration and communication. By offering a structured framework built upon these dimensions, this study seeks to contribute to the existing body of knowledge and support future research in the field.
