Calcifying Odontogenic Cyst of Left Premaxilla Involving the Vestibule and Floor of the Nose—A New Endoscopic Management

Abstract

Calcifying odontogenic cysts (COCs) are rare developmental odontogenic cysts with characteristic “ghost” epithelial cells and a propensity to calcify. The COC can occur anywhere in the oral cavity, but the majority are found to affect the anterior jaws. In this case report, we aim to emphasize the transnasal vestibular endoscopic management of such a pathology with a resultant reduced surgical morbidity.
