Tekstil Endüstrisi Atiksularinda Boi-Koi-Akm Parametrelerinin Yapay Sinir Aglari Kullanilarak Tahmin Edilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalisma; Sakarya Il’inde kurulu bulunan tekstil endüstrisi atiksularinda BOI(Biyokimyasal Oksijen
Ihtiyaci)-KOI(Kimyasal Oksijen Ihtiyaci)-AKM(Askida Kati Madde) parametrelerinin yapay sinir aglari
kullanilarak tahmin edilmesi amaciyla yapilmistir. Bu tesisten kaynaklanan atiksular ve evsel nitelikli sular Aktif
Çamur Aritma Tesisi kullanilarak biyolojik aritma ile aritilmaktadir. Bu çalismada kullanilan BOI, KOI, AKM
parametrelerine ait degerler 20 adet olup aritma tesisine giriste ölçülen ve aritma tesisinden çikista ölçülen degerler
seklindedir. Her bir parametre için aritma tesisi giris ve aritma tesisinden çikista olmak üzere 40 adet deger
bulunmaktadir. Sinirli sayida olan bu degerler kullanilarak ileri beslemeli yapay sinir aglarinda her bir parametreye
ait 20 adet olan degerlerin 15 tanesi egitim, 5 tanesi de test degeri olarak kullanilmis ve degerler tahmin edilmeye
çalisilmistir. Yapay sinir aglarinin sonuçlari incelendiginde elde edilen degerlerin gerçek degerlere çok yaklastigi
görülmüstür.

Parameters of BOD-COD-SS In Textile Wastewater Estimation Using Artificial Neural Network

Abstract

This study has been done by the aim of estimeting BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand)-COD (Chemical Oxygen
Demand)-SS (Suspended Solid) parameters in the wastewater of textile industry which has been established in
Sakarya City. Wastewater and domestic quantitatived water, which is originated from this plant, is treated with
biological treatment by using activated sludge treatment plant. BOD, COD,SS parameters, which are used in this
study, have 20 unit values and the values are in the form of measured values in the treatment plant influence and
treatment plant effluence. For the each parameter 40 unit values have been found on the point of treatment plant
influence and treatment plant effluence. By using these values in the back probagation artificia l neural network, 15
unit have been used as training, 5 unit have been as test value of 20 unit values which belong to each parameter and
values have been tried to estiamate. When the results of artificial neural network has been examined, calculated
values have been seemed to approached very closed to real values.
