Contribution to the knowledge of Pentatomidae (Hemiptera: Heteroptera) Fauna of Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey

Abstract

This study was carried out to determine of Pentatomidae (Hemiptera: Heteroptera) species and their host plant/ in the 64 locality between 2007 to 2009 years in Adıyaman, Diyarbakır and Şanlıurfa provinces of Turkey. As a result of this study 46 species belonging to 28 genera have been determined from Pentatominae, Podopinae and Asopinae subfamilies.
In these species; Derula flavoguttata Mulsant & Rey, 1856, Vilpianus galii (Wolff, 1802), Tholagmus flavolineatus (Fabricius, 1798), Dryoderes umbraculatus (Fabricius, 1775), Pausias martini (Puton, 1890), Sciocoris capitatus Jakovlev, 1882, Sciocoris hoberlandti Wagner, 1954, Sciocoris helferii Fieber, 1851, Staria lunata (Hahn, 1835), Stagonomus amoenus (Brullé, 1832) and Leprosoma inaequale Horváth, 1911 have been firstly recorded in the Adıyaman, Diyarbakır and Şanlıurfa provinces. Also, Pausias martini (Puton), Sciocoris hoberlandti Wagner, S. helferii Fieber and Leprosoma inaequale Horváth species have been firstly recorded in Pentatomidae (Hemiptera) fauna in Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. In this study that have given distribution of Turkey and host/feed plants of these species.

Abstract

Çalışma, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır ve Şanlıurfa illerinde 2007-2009 yılları arasında Pentatomidae (Hemiptera: Heteroptera) familyasına bağlı türler ile üzerinde beslendiği/bulunduğu bitkileri belirlemek amacıyla 64 lokalitede yürütülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda Pentatominae, Podopinae ve Asopinae altfamilyalarına ait 28 cinse bağlı 46 tür belirlenmiştir. Bu türlerden, Derula flavoguttata Mulsant & Rey, 1856, Vilpianus galii (Wolff, 1802), Tholagmus flavolineatus (Fabricius, 1798), Dryoderes umbraculatus (Fabricius, 1775), Pausias martini (Puton, 1890), Sciocoris capitatus Jakovlev, 1882, Sciocoris hoberlandti Wagner, 1954, Sciocorishelferii Fieber, 1851, Staria lunata (Hahn, 1835), Stagonomus amoenus (Brullé, 1832) ve Leprosoma inaequale Horváth, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır ve Şanlıurfa illerinde ilk defa kaydedilmiştir. Pausias martini (Puton), Sciocoris hoberlandti Wagner, S. helferii Fieber ve Leprosoma inaequale Horváth türleri ise aynı zamanda Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi Pentatomidae faunası için ilk kayıttır. Tespit edilen türlerin Türkiye’deki dağılımları ve üzerinde beslendiği/toplandığı bitkilere ait bilgiler de verilmiştir.
