The submission fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the decision is desk reject or reviewer suggestion againist publication.

For managerial expenses of the journal, the authors are asked to pay 1000 Turkish Liras (40 USD) per submission.

The article submission fee will be updated to 40 USD (1000 Turkish Liras) as of October 1, 2023.

Subsequent to payment, articles are primarily evaluated by the editor(s) in terms of purpose, scope, form and content in order to decide whether to proceed to the double-blind review process.
