Aim & Scope

Excellence, Performance and Innovation in Quality (EPIQ) is an international, peer-reviewed and open access journal that aims to publish original, scientific and practical studies in the field of quality. The journal supports current, theoretical and practical contributions in all quality-related disciplines, especially quality management, performance improvement and organizational excellence.

EPIQ encourages multidisciplinary approaches to the design, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of quality processes, educational institutions and public/private organizations. Themes such as quality assurance systems in education, accreditation processes, performance measurement and evaluation methods, innovative management models, quality culture and leadership are among the priority areas of interest of the journal.

The journal welcomes qualitative, quantitative or mixed-methods studies that are based on theoretical foundations or include practical examples. In addition to scientific contributions, EPIQ aims to provide content that will shed light on decision-making processes for policy makers, managers and practitioners.

The journal welcomes theoretical and empirical studies in English. The main topics of the EPIQ, which are directly related to quality studies, are listed below:

Priority is given to innovative research that contributes to universal knowledge production, addresses contemporary societal and institutional challenges, and advances sustainable and high-impact solutions.
