Abstract

Abstract
In human interactions, conflict is prevalent. Reporting workplace abuse and ending abuse in the workplace can increase success. However, research has shown that the consequences of whistleblowing can lead to serious economic, social, psychological and professional suffering for the individual involved. The way whistleblowing is handled determines whether the environment is supportive or destructive. In many countries around the world it has become clear that whistleblowing can be an important strategy for halting workplace problems. Employees who report inappropriate behavior are expected to be protected from retaliation and bullying in the workplace. People are capable of violent attacks even in the absence of physical contact. It is sometimes possible to see specific people being targeted within organizations, sometimes in open or closed areas. Here it has been observed that victims of assault often have a significant impact on their health and general well-being. The suppression of morally upright employees and employees with valuable ideas are other problems facing society. Mobbing, retaliation against whistleblowers and suppression of dissent are a few concepts that can help us understand these interactions. For this purpose, the study aims to understand the impact of mobbing on organizational dissent and whistleblowing.
