There are different types of termination for labor
contracts that causes perpetual/continues debts. The most important and
inclusive one is termination of the contract. Forasmuch, there are many rules
about terminating a labor contracts. In principle, it is possible to terminate
a labor contract for indefinite duration. Yet, it is also possible to terminate
a labor contract for definite duration only under certain conditions. In this
paper, termination of labor contracts are examined in the light of Turkish Code
of Obligations and Labor Code.
