Obscenity is regulated in Article 226 of the 5237 crime in the Turkish Penal Code. Law did not determine the term. It will determine the boundaries of the concept and the scope of judicial decisions. Crime is organized in different article for children and adults. Connecting obscenity sanctions also is the need for international agreements. If it occurs in the suggestive nature of hesitation as to whether a product may be necessary expert examination. The matter was taken under the domestic law provisions in different laws. In this study, we examined the subject of obscenity in terms of the Turkish Penal Code. The definition of the concept of fault elements and examined the judicial decisions concerning the application.
