Aim: Studies on peer relations in childhood have been intensified due to the differences between peer relations and adult child relations. It is aimed to develop a peer relations scale based on the group socialization theory. Method: During the development of the scale, determining the theory, determining the purpose, forming the items, making the content analysis, determining the material pool, determining the measurement format, taking the expert opinion, performing the pilot study, performing the pilot study and the item analysis stages were followed. The study group was administered to a total of 207 children attending the sixth and seventh-grade class in the city center of Ankara. Results: As a result of the explanatory and confirmatory factor analyzes, it has become a scale consisting of 52 items consisting of sub-dimensions of communication, interaction, trust and cohesion. Conclusions: According to Cronbach Alpha internal consistency and reliability coefficient, the scale was found to be a reliable scale.
