Girdi-Çıktı Tablolarında Bilgi

Abstract

Geleneksel iktisat teorisinde üretim faktörleri işgücü, toprak ve sermaye olarak ele alınmaktadır. Yeni ekonomide ise “bilgi” bu üretim faktörlerine ilave edilmiştir. Bilgi, satılan ürün ve hizmetlerin içerisinde bulunmakta veya ürün ve hizmetin kendisini oluşturmaktadır. Bilginin bir üretim faktörü olması sebebiyle bu çalışmada, ekonomide bilginin rolünü tam olarak tespit etmek ve bilgi akışını göstermek amacıyla girdi çıktı tablosunda bilginin nasıl yer alacağı ile ilgili bir yöntem tanıtılmıştır. İlgili yöntem için Terleckyj 1974 ’nin metodu tercih edilmiştir. Bu metoda göre öncelikle “bilgi matrisi” denilen bir matris elde edilmelidir. Elde edilen bu matris aracılığıyla girdi-çıktı tablosundaki katma değer bloğunda emek ve sermayenin yanında bilgi faktörü; nihai talep bloğunda da tüketim harcamaları, yatırım harcamaları, kamu harcamaları, ihracat ve ithalatın yanında Ar-Ge harcamaları yer alır.

Information In Input Output Tables

Abstract

In traditional economic theory, the factors of production are considered as labor, land and capital. In the new economy, “knowledge” has been added to these production factors. Information is contained in the products and services sold or constitutes the product and service itself. Since information is a production factor, in this study, a method is introduced about how to place information in the input-output table in order to fully determine the role of information in the economy and to show the information flow. The method of Terleckyj 1974 was preferred for the related method. According to this method, first of all, a matrix called "information matrix" must be obtained. By means of this matrix obtained, in the value added block in the input-output table, besides labor and capital, the information factor; The final demand block includes consumption expenditures, investment expenditures, public expenditures, exports and imports, as well as R&D expenditures.
