Abstract
Bu makalede, entegre endüstriyel kirliliği önleme çalışmaları; Türkiye'nin Avrupa
Birliği (AB) müktesebatı çerçevesinde göz önüne alınan "Entegre Endüstriyel Kirliliği
Önleme ve Kontrol (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control-IPPC 2008/1/EC)"
direktifinin endüstriyel sektörlere göre verilen BAT (Best Available Techniques) referans
dokümanları (BREF) temelinde ortaya konmuş olup; örnek olarak madeni yağ
üretimini de içine alan petrol rafinerileri bazında yapılan ve yapılması gerekli
çalışmalara değinilmiştir.
