Abstract

Hayvanların evcilleştirilmesi, uygarlığın temelini oluşturan başlıca olaylardan biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Anlaşmazlıkları
çözmeye yönelik ilk yasalar ve hukuki yöntemlerde veteriner hekimliği ve hayvanlara ilişkin düzenlemeler de bulunmaktadır. Bu
düzenlemelerde, hayvan tedavisinin kurallara bağlandığı ve uygulamaların yetki, yükümlülük ve sorumluluk çerçevesinde belirlenen
yaptırımlara göre yapıldığı izlenebilmektedir

Domestication of animals is eonsidered to be one of the major events forming the basis of civilization. In the first lawand
legal methods that to resolve disputes, regulations related with veterinary medicine and animals are also available. Animal treatment
that was carried out according to specified sanctions that connected to the rules and practices of powers, duties and responsibilities can
be monitored in this arrangements.
