Hepatocellular carcinoma, detected in a 4-years-old sheep. was described in Ihe present Sludy. Grossly,
grayish-white coloured. 1.7xl.5x1cm in dimensions and well circumscribed. a solitary lumor mass were seen in the diaphragmatic
aspect of the right tobe of liver. Microscopically, the neoplastic celts were arranged in solid pattern. Tumour
was diagnosed as solid. poorfy differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma. Immunohislochemicalty, some tumour
markers. such as carcinoembryonic anligen (CEA), alpha-fetoprolein (AFP). of the intermediate filament proteins,
Cy1okeratin, and superficial antigens of hepatitis B virus was investigated. and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) was founded to
be positive.
