Abstract

Konya ve Beyşehir'de mezbahada 500 keçi klınık,bakteriyolojik ve patolojik yönden ineelenmış ve 1 O'u (% 2) klınik, 45'i (% 9) subklinik mastitis olmak üzere 55 ("'o 11) keçıde mastitis belirlenmiştır. Mastitıslı memelerden alınan süt örneklerinden koagulaz(+) Staphylococcus ( % 38.2). koagulaz (-) Staphylococcus (% 11 8), Corynebacterium spp. (% 23.5), E. coli(% 14.7). Maya (% 5.9) ve Flavobacter spp.(% 5.9) izole edilmiştir. Bu keçilerden mastitısll 66 meme lobu altnmış ve histopatolojik olarak ; mastitis ve galaktoforitis kataralls akuta (8 lob), mastitis ve galaktoforıtıs kataralls subakuta (2 lob), mastltis ve galaktoforitis kataralls kronlka {40 lob), mastitis ve galaktoforitis purulenta kro­nika (51ob) ve mastıtls lntersitisyalis nonpurulenta (11 lob) tesbit edilmıştir. Supramammar lenf düğümlerinde Ise len­fadenilis sımpleks (4 olgu). lenfadenilis kronika (9 olgu), lenfadenitis hiperplastika(20 olgu) ve fibrozis (4 olgu) goz­lenmiştir

Pathological and Bacteriological Studies on Mastitis in Goals

Abstract

In this study. clinıc, bacteriologıc and pathologıcal examınations were performed on udders of 500 goats slaughtered at Konya and Beyşehir abattoirs for mastrtis. Mastitıs was detected in 55 goats (11 %), 1 o (2 %) of which had elinical mastıtis, and 45(%9) of which had subclinıcal mastitis. Coagulase (+) Staphylococcus (38,2 %), co­agulase(-) Staphylococcus (11.8 %), Corynebacterıum spp (23.5 %), E. coU (14.7 %). Yeast (5.9 %) and Fla­vobacterium spp.(5.9 %)were isolated from the milk samples taken from udders wıth mastitis. 66 udder lobes taken from these goats hıstopathologically revealed mastitıs and galactophoritis ca1arrhalis acuta (8 lobes), mastitis and ga­lactophoritis catarrhalis subacuta (2 lobes). mastitis and galactophorrtis catarrhalis chronica (40 lobes), mastitis and galactophorıtıs catarrhalis chronica (5 lobes) and mastitis ınterstıtialis nonpurulenta (11 lobes). Supramammar lymph nodes had lymphadenltis simplex (4 cases). lymphadenitis chronica (9 cases). lymphadenitis hyperplastica(20 cases) and fibrosis (4 cases)
