Abstract
Bu gözlemde, bir köpekte görülen spondylitis ossificans olgusu
sunulmaktadır. Altı yaşındaki kurt köpeği paraplegia şikayetiyle A. Ü.
Veteriner Fakültesi kliniğine getirildi. Yapılan radyografide lumbosacral
bölgede, corpus vertebra'lar arasında kemik köprülerin oluştuğu belirlendi.
Sağıtım olanaksız olduğundan sahibinin isteği üzerine uyutuldu.

Abstract
A case of spondylitis ossificans in a dog was reported.
The dog was six years old, and had paraplegia in the hind limbs. In radiographical
examination, the ossified bridges among the vertebral bodies
in the lumbosacral area were seen. Upon the consent of the owner, because
the treatment was impossible the animal was euthanesied.
