Abstract

S. Ü. Veteriner Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları kliniğine getirilen
montofon Güney Anadolu Kırmızısı (GAK) melezi erkek bir buzağıda
yapılan klinik muayene sonucu abamasum'un sağa yer değiştirdiği ve
sekum dilatasyonunun şekillendiği tespit edilmiştir.
Aynı gün hasta Cerrahi kliniğine sevkedilmiş, yöntemine uygun olarak
yapılan operasyonla sekum boşaltılmış ve abomasum yerine tespit
edilmiştir.
İntra peritonal ve parenteral antibiyotik ve sıvı elektrolit tedavisi
uygulanmış, 10 gün sonra yapılan muayene ile hayvanın sağlıklı olduğu
tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

A caecum dilatation and right abomasal deplacement
case was determined at a male weaning calf of cross bread southern
Anatolia Red (GAK) that was brought to the clinics of internal medicine
of Veterinary Faculty at the same day, the caecum was discharged and
the abamasum brought back in its right place by the appropriate operative
procedures.
The calf was treated by applying antibiotics and liquid electrolites
via intra peritonal and parenteral means. It was observed that the animal
has been recovered in the 10th day of treatment.
