Researches on erythrocyte Glutathione Values of White Karaman Lambs

Abstract

In this study the erythrocyte GSB: values of a total of 100. white Karaman Lamb; 58 lambs with 8- 9 months of age belonging to
Konya Meat Fishery Combine and 42 lambs with 6 - 7 months of age belonging to Selçuk University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, were determined. 95 % of the determined GSH values were found in GSHh type and 5% of them in GSHH type. The values of GSHh were found to be 4.6- 43.0% mg (average 18.58=F0.93% mg) and values of GSHH were found to be 55.3-141.3 mg %. (average 79.56=F15.70%mg).

AKKARAMAN KUZULARINDA ERİTROSİT GLUTASYON DEGERLERİ ÜZERİNDE ARAŞTIRMALAR

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Konya Et ve Balık Korubinasına ait 8- 9 aylık 58 baş ve Selçuk Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesine ait 6-7 aylık 42 baş olmak üzere, toplam olarak 100 baş Akkaraman kuzusunda eritrosit GSH değerleri tayin edildi. Elde edilen GSH değerlerinin %95'i GSHh tipinde, %5'i de GSHH tipinde olduğu tesbit edildi. GSHh değerleri %4.6-43.0 mg (ortalama %18.58+0.93 mg), GSHH değerleri de %55.3-141.3 mg (ortalama değerleri %79.56+15:70 mg) oranında bulundu.
