Abstract

Bu çalışmada, suni tohumlama merkezlerinde kullanılmak üzere seçilen 143 adet boğada alı kan serum örnekleri
BHV-1, BVDV ve EBLV enfeksiyonlarına karşı oluşan antikarlar yönünden ELl8A ile incelendi. Araştırmada kullan
ılan boğaların 12'si ("lo 8.3) BHV-1'e, 25'i ("lo 17.4) BVDV'una ve 14'ü ("lo 9.7) EBLV'una karşı oluşan antikarlar yö-
nünden pozitif olarak tespit edildi. Ayrıca BVDV'una karşı oluşan antikarlar yönünden seronegatif olan boğaların tümü
BVDV'una spesifik antijenler yönünden de ELl8A ile negatif olarak belirlendi..

Abstract

In this study, blood samples taken from 143 bulls choosen bulls that using in artificial insemination centers
were investigated for antibodies against BHV-1, BVDV and EBLV infections by ELl8A1Ab. It was determined as posilive
that antibodies against 12 bulls (8.3%) for BHV-1, 25 bulls (17.4%) for BVDV and 14 bulls (9.7%) for EBLV. Besides,
all seronegative bulls were alsa detected as antigen negative by ELl8A1Ag.
