SODYUM NİTROPRUSSİT VERİLEN FARELERDE KAN VE İDRARDAKİ SİYANÜR VE TİYOSİYANAT DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada değişik dozlarda sodyum nitroprussit (SNP) uygulanan farelerden elde edilen kan ve idrar numunelerindeki
siyanür ve tiyosiyanat düzeyleri belirlendi. Kan ve idrar numunelerindeki siyanür ve tiyosiyanat düzeyleri, siyanür ve tiyasiyanatın bromlu su tarafından okside edilmesi ve piridin-benzidin bileşikleri ile bağlanması sonucu
kalarimetrik olarak tesbit edildi. Kan ve idrar siyanür düzeyleri, sırasıyla 40. dak. ve 8. saatte maksimuma ulaştı.
Bu hayvanların idrar tiyosiyanat düzeylerinin 48. saatte maksimum düzeye ulaşıp 96. saatten itibaren az oranda düş­tüğü ve birkaç gün boyunca aynı düzeyde kaldığı görüldü. Kan tiyosiyanat düzeylerinin ise 80. dakikada maksimum
seviyeye ulaşıp'birkaç gün boyunca aynı seviyede kaldığı belirlendi.

Determination of Cyanide and Thiocyanate Levels in Blood and Urine in Mice Given SNP

Abstract

In this study, eyanide and thioeyanate levels in blood and ürine samples optained from miee whieh were
injeeted different doses sodium nitroprusside,were determined. The eyanide and thioeyanate levels in the blood and
ürine samples were eolorimetrieally established oxidation of eyanide and thioeyanate by bromine water and eoupling
of pyridine-benzidine solution. The eyanide levels in blood and ürine respeetively, arrived the maximum levels at 40
min. and 8 h. The thioeyanate levels in ürine of this animals arrived the maximum levels at 48 h. The thiocyanate levels
deereased at the smail portion after 96 h. and were the same levels for several days. The thioeyanate levels in
blood arrived the maximum levels at 80 min and were the same levels for several days.
