Behçet Hastasında Gastrointestinal Sistem Perforasyonu Olmadan Pneumoperitoneum: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Behçet Hastalığı kronik inflamatuar bir hastalık olup, gastrointestinal tutulumu “İntestinal Behçet hastalığı” veya “Entero-Behçet” olarak da bilinir. En sık tutulum yeri ileoçekal bölge ve kolondur. Behçet Hastalığı'na bağlı intestinal ülserler perforasyona neden olabilmekte ve operasyon sonrası yüksek mortalite ve morbidite ile seyretmektedir ancak daha önce literatürde perforasyon olmaksızın Behçet hastalığına sekonder pneumoperitoneum gelişmiş olgu bildirilmemiştir.

Pneumoperitoneum Without İntestinal Perforation in a Patient With Behçet's Disease: A Case Report

Abstract

Behcet's disease is a chronic inflammatory disease in which, gastrointestinal involvement is known as "Intestinal Behçet's disease" or "entero-Behçet". The most common place of involvement is ileocaecal region and colon. Perforation of the intestinal ulcers due to Behcet's Disease can take a postoperative morbidity and mortality remains high but, case of pneumoperitoneum without perforation secondary to Behcet's disease have not been reported in the literatüre before.
