FISCONUS operates under a Continuous Publication Model to support rapid and time-independent access to scholarly knowledge. Under this model, manuscripts that have completed peer review, editorial oversight, and typesetting are published online in their final form immediately, without waiting for an issue to be completed.

FISCONUS is an academic journal published by the Department of Public Finance, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. The primary objective of the journal is to bring together original, high-quality scientific studies in fields related to the discipline of public finance, particularly public finance theory, fiscal economics, fiscal law, budgeting and fiscal planning, and fiscal sociology.

Publications are in Turkish and English.
