Hemşirelik Eğitimi Programlarında Kuramsal Eğitim Sorunsalı

Abstract

Hemşirelerin hem günümüzün gereksinimlerini karşılayabilecek hem de yeniçağın getirdiği sorunlarla baş edebilecek nitelikte yetiştirilmesi hemşirelik eğitimi programları aracılığı ile mümkündür. Bir eğitim programının bu gereksinimlere cevap verebilmesi kuramsal yapının iyi oluşturulması, eğitimin kuramsal boyutunun uygulama ile bir bütünlük içinde ele alınması ile mümkündür. Bu makalede, hemşirelik eğitimi programlarının kuramsal boyutu irdelenmektedir.

Abstract

Nurses to meet the needs of both nowadays also to raise as coping with the challenges of the new age problems will be possible with nursing education programs. An educational program is able to answer these needs will be possible by creating good theoretical structure, discussing the integration of theoretical and practical dimension of education. At this article, it is examined theoretical dimensions of nursing curriculum.
