Akut ortostatik hipotansiyon bu yiiksek riskli hastalara balrnn veren hem ire icin potansiyel tehlikeli bir sorundur. Hem irenin etkili iinlem saglamas1 ve bu hastalnn bak11111 i9in bu fenon1enin dinamigini anla1nas1 6nen1lidir.
