Many studies have been undertaken on how businesses and employees are affected during the Covid-19 period, and a large literature linked to Covid-19 has evolved as a result. This research aims to examine the papers that prepared in the field of management related to Covid-19 by using a content analysis method and to determine the transformation of management literature. The basic goal of content analysis is to narrow the large amount of data analyzed and classify it by obtaining a small number of categories. Thus, it is possible to see the changes that have occurred with the Covid-19 process in the management and business literature. It is aimed to contribute to the field with the evaluation of the reflections of the Covid-19 context, which is frequently discussed by academicians, in the field of management. Also it is aimed to make suggestions for future research trends by extracting the main themes related to the reviewed articles. The research was carried out in the Web of Science database, a total of 220 papers were reviewed. In order to reflect research in the management field, papers in the categories of "Management," "Business," and "Behavioral Sciences" were included in the study. The papers were analyzed according to the researched topics, the country of the author(s), the number of authors, sample and research methods. According to the research findings, most papers have two authors and the majority of studies were carried out in the USA. It is shown that the quantitative research method is used the most extensively and questionnaires were mostly used in data collection. The papers generally focused on individual-level results followed by the studies on the organizational and macro level. It can be stated that work-related outcomes such as job performance and commitment are the most studied subject areas in the papers.

COVID-19 DÖNEMİNDE ÇALIŞANLAR ÜZERİNE HAZIRLANAN MAKALELER: YÖNETİM ALANINDA BİR İNCELEME

Year 2022, Volume: 6 Issue: 1, 155 - 176, 23.06.2022
