Open Access Policy

Open Access is when publications are freely available to anyone online with few restrictions on reuse. The unrestricted dissemination of research is especially important to authors, readers and funders.

The Publisher believes that for Open Access to work effectively, user rights, through licensing, and copyright ownership need to be clear.

The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license permits unrestricted, non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.
You are free to:

No additional restrictions: You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
